First, I want to assure you that access to my site is FREE. However, if you find my site to be helpful in your research, I would appreciate it if you would donate. Every little bit helps. I have lost count of how many hours I have spent making this site what it is. People ask me why... The answer is simple. I spent far too much time figuring out my family tree thanks to badly indexed records, or records that were not easily accessible. I decided to fix that problem many years ago. Are you sure you need to register? Please read the note below:

I have been checking my database, and I have found that there are a lot of duplicate accounts. The accounts have been set up at various times. I understand that you may not recall setting up an account here previously. If you are uncertain, and before you register again, please visit the login page, and check to see if your email address is on file by asking the system to send you your details. If you don't get an email from us, that means you have not registered, so please feel free to come back here and register. The registration form will check your email address against existing addresses already in our database as a further check for duplication.

New user accounts are usually processed within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I have a day job, so I am not always at my computer... Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder for the email that you will receive regarding your account. Sometimes it ends up there...

Why do I require you to register?

This site is private, with information about living individuals stored in the database. The registration process allows me to safely assign certain permissions to all users (and help keep out unwanted users) so that they can view this data, or edit the data stored in the database, or even download my GEDCOM. There are six areas of the form that I require you to fill in: (the ones with a red asterisk next to them) - Your username, password, real name, a valid email address (twice), and in the Notes or Comments field, the reasons why you wish to become a member of my site. (The places and names of the people you are interested in, etc.)

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, the system no longer handles registrations from HOTMAIL or LIVE accounts. Those accounts block return emails from the system. Please use some other type of email address to register.
