Nova Scotia Census Records - Annapolis County - 1921

Some Districts, like cities and towns have more than one Sub-District included in the table. The program automatically loads the images for the first Sub-District in the group. When you get to the end of the images for a particular Sub-District, you can click the "Choose Next Image Set" button and then choose the button in sequence below the image viewer to load the next set of images. If there are no extra Sub-Districts for the area, no extra buttons will be shown.

Canada added 1,581,840 new residents between 1911 and 1921, a 22 percent increase. The Prairie Provinces were the big gainers, with Alberta and Saskatchewan each growing by more than 50 percent, while the Yukon lost half of its population. Below is the list of Sub-Districts and Polling Districts for Annapolis County. then scroll the inner scroll bar to see them all. I have attempted to transcribe all the names with the common spellings used today. NOTE: The Indian Reserve is shared with Digby County. Only pages 1 to 3 are Annapolis County.
